“ If they only vomit once and there are no other concerning signs (such as lethargy, unwillingness to eat, etc.), there is not usually any reason to be concerned,” says Dr. Richardson.

But if your cat vomits repeatedly, or vomits every time they eat it you should get them checked out by a veterinarian to rule out any medical issues.

What You’ll Need:

• Coffee filter (Amazon ) or paper towel (Unbleached) (Amazon )

• Glass bowl/jar (Amazon )

• Organic oat (Amazon ) or wheat (Amazon) grass seeds

• Water, filtered if possible

• Grow stones (Amazon )

1. Put some grow stones in your jar. Fill it about 2/3 full. Line a paper towel or filter on top of the stones. (Amazon )

3. Fill the jar with water up to the paper towel. Keep water at this level even while your grass is growing. (Amazon )
